Swedish Relaxation Massage features gliding strokes with the palms, thumbs and/or fingertips combined with gentle kneading movements with hands. It relaxes the mind while improving circulation for the entire body.  Swedish massage feels good and is suggested as part of a regular program for stress management.

Deep Swedish Therapeutic Masage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue to release the chronic patterns of tension in specific areas through slow strokes and deeper pressure on the contracted areas.  Because many toxins are released, it's important to drink plenty of water after a deep session to help eliminate toxins from the body.

In collaboration with the Diamond Light School, student interns are available on a limited basis for full body Swedish relaxation massage.  In return for the $33/hour discounted price, the client fills out an evaluation form that is reviewed by the school and is part of the California certification process.
